Zhu Min doubles as a consultant with FB Attorneys and also as senior attorney at AllBright Law Offices, one of the largest law firms in China. Zhu Min specializes in corporate law, foreign investment, asset and business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and technology licensing and transfer. Over the years, Zhu Min has been involved as the lead attorney in some of the largest transactions in Asia.
